Corbyn and Sultana clash comes after months of fighting between the pair both jostling to be leader of populist left
The feud between Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana over the future of a left wing party took another twist as the two camps argued publicly over hundreds of thousands of pounds in donations.
Sultana on Monday offered to transfer £600,000 from a company which the party’s founders set up earlier this year, only to be rebuffed by allies of Corbyn who accused her of playing “political games” with supporters’ money. Continue reading...

Do you not think it's bizarre to have strangers on the internet decide they know better than Brianna's own loved ones on what is or isn't insulting to her memory?
I've got no time for Rosie Duffield, but she turned up at a drop-in event in Parliament and that's been the limit of her involvement.

Where do they think it developed in the first place, if not in the disease incubators that are mass battery farms?

I think that Zarah has put herself in a very, very, very tricky position here.
I have lost significant amounts of sleep over much smaller liabilities than this.

As sole director of MoU now, Zarah Sultana now faces the same issues the MoU directors had - that the company has a ton of cash, but lots of legal hurdles.
The cash was from members who *thought* they were joining Your Party, but as it was unofficial...kind of weren't. Big liabilities for Sultana.

No wonder Instagram is full of people commenting "please process my refund" "please just let me quit" etc.
Another big issue: money from Sultana's launch went into the bank account of MoU via the payment provider of Corbyn's Peace and Justice Project.
So Peace and Justice Project hold the actual personal data relating to who gave the donations.
MoU couldn't give direct refunds even if they wanted to.

In sum, and no surprises here: It's a mess, for lots of reasons: some previously known, some outlined above.
There are big questions for YP about how it gets on a firm organisational footing from such a rocky start, and with legal issues and liabilities re. data and donations still looming over it.
