Restore FEMA to its original independent status - hell, make it a whole Department, we're going to need it.

In a turn of events that is not surprising, the LDS Bishop over single people my age has declared I must get to church *by myself* to get any help from the ward. Which is $4 each way via Paratransit. So I need at least $12.50. $74 would mean no food order actually needed
