You mean being a fucking vaguely centre-left socdem?

Fucking inject it into my veins!
Yes, god help we risk a floundering government that feels like no one is in charge.

Starmer sticks with McSweeney beyond all reasonable limits and then 5 minutes after he's gone McSweeney is already briefing against Starmer. Really funny.

This made me realize that I have literally not even once entertained the idea that Jeffery epstein actually killed himself. Was legitimately not even an option. Seemed ridiculous to me on its face. My only question was which government person or people did it. Not sure what this says about me
when he died i was a look guys, suicide is totally plausible and the most likely explanation guy. i get it. today im a lmfao trump 100% had epstein killed and the draft memo proves it guy. rebuttable presumption now that these guys have committed any murder or other serious crime

Jeffrey Epstein died on August 10th. In the Epstein files, there is what appears to be a draft DOJ press release announcing his death that is dated August 9th.

(It’s here: www.justice.gov/epstein/file...)
The release on Saturday, August 10th appears to have two differences. The date, and the addition of “of an apparent suicide” www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr...

"He has sought to keep a low profile in public" just not true is it. Everyone knows how much time he spent briefing the media, including about his own brilliance

There’s a huge demand for software that lets you say “the computer said so”
NEW: Records reviewed by WIRED show DHS’s facial recognition app (Mobile Fortify) isn’t designed to actually "verify" identity—despite DHS claims and its agents relying on its matches to support probable cause in the field.
ICE and CBP’s Face-Recognition App Can’t Actually Verify Who People Are
ICE has used Mobile Fortify to identify immigrants and citizens alike over 100,000 times, by one estimate. It wasn't built to work like that—and only got approved after DHS abandoned its own privacy r...

Absolutely blows my mind that Starmer couldn't even get it together to fire McSweeny. He's the political equivalent of a tattered plastic bag caught on a fence.

Since #bbclaurak is trending, let’s remind ourselves that ONE MONTH ago, the BBC invited Mandelson on for a soft-ball interview on her show. While HIS CLIENT , Palantir’s Louis Moseley appeared as a pundit

Both, as I wrote at time, were ‘abject failures of journalism’

To understand how much Alex Massie actually cares about women's safety: when I called out his transphobe-in-arms Nick Cohen for multiple acts of sexual misconduct against cis women, which eventually got him sacked, Massie went berserk at me.

Transphobia is a men's rights movement in drag.
