The thing about the murders of Good and Pretti. Before the murders, ICE/CBP arent serving *any* legitimate law enforcement purpose, much less their ostensible purpose of detaining/removing undocumented immigrants. They are getting in the faces of observers and escalating.

i personally think “don’t fund the gestapo” is a relatively small ask in the face of an illegal violent occupation of a US city that has killed at least one citizen and terrorized countless more. any elected who cannot clear even that modest bar is dead to me

The strategy that’s never even contemplated despite Trump winning with it twice: continuously throw red meat to your base and drum up enough enthusiasm that the squishes get swept up in it
