Sort of a dumb thought I guess, but Minneapolis is so much smaller than Chicago. At the height of the ICE occupation of Chicago there were still plenty of neighborhoods they didn't really touch and most of the action was in a north suburb. Just seems like there's no where to hide in the Twin Cities
