Okay so the thing that confuses me. The hemp ban that the vote on today failed to stop. Is it *part of* the continuing resolution that ends the shutdown?

Rereading my short story “drip coffee”. Some of the sentences are flabby and I’d *like* to re-edit it but I think that would be a betrayal of the intervening two years’ skill-grind. I guess that’s who I was back then.
And I was genuinely out of my fuckin mind at the time
