Looking for suggestions of a movie that is built around revenge, but the character who wants revenge decides not to exact it. And there's no cheating by having the bad guy die accidentally or be handed off to a local gang, etc. It should be a variation of "no thanks, I don't need revenge anymore."

I have said things about this in the past but: CT only having one immigration court– in Hartford!– is criminal because CT has essentially no public transit between cities. How can someone get from Danbury to Hartford when it requires multiple buses, multiple trains, and sometimes 8+ hours of time?
NEW: I spent a week in Connecticut’s only immigration court, where thousands of people each year learn if they can stay in the United States.
The court doesn’t allow photography, so I took an illustrator.

I think they may run into 3 issues:
- they’ve fired so many people who know how to do things properly
- the people who remain haven’t been paid in weeks
- this administration seems to be one that runs on screaming which people don’t like

Back when I was serious about activism, one of my core beliefs was "joy first". When doing trans activism, focus on "this thing that is good for us will allow us to live happier lives", not "without this thing our lives suck". Depression is a very attractive pit.
