Their current (excellent) inclusion framework is based on 2 years of consultation, with over 250 athletes and stakeholders.

This alleged new change is based on... one presentation by one person?

Under Nicola Sturgeon & Humza Yousaf the Scottish Government rightly opposed the proposed Rosebank oil field.

John Swinney has sadly dropped that opposition and tried to avoid taking a position at all.

That's not good enough, so tomorrow the @scottishgreens.org will force a vote.
Greens to force vote at Holyrood on Rosebank oil development
MSPs will have their say in a symbolic vote on the project on Wednesday.

So much of what we're seeing today, from the Restore Trust to the anti-trans campaigners, is all just a generation of 50+ people who are raging against the cultural tide turning as their old bigotries are on the cusp of becoming generationally irrelevant.

This is the last decade they have for that.

The Olympics had allowed trans women to compete since the 2004 games.

Out of 10s of thousands of competitors, only one trans woman ever qualified. She came last.

Zero medals. Zero.

Zero.

Yet the far right has convinced elites they were dominating.

The fact that the right wing press is now coming for Tory appointees to the public service broadcaster demonstrates precisely how far right they have gone. Overton window exiting stage left (audience right), pursued by a bunch of howling Nazis.

Current SNP leadership can't make up their mind on new fossil fuel projects. One minute they oppose them, the next they demand they go ahead!

Meanwhile, former SNP FM Nicola Sturgeon has joined scientists and the Greens in calling for a halt to new fossil fuel projects.

What the actual fuck 😳
Landlords in London are keeping snails in empty offices to dodge taxes — claiming they’re “farms” to avoid business rates.

Westminster Council found tanks of snails but no real business, costing taxpayers £370,000.

Exploiting animals for profit — even snails — is greed at its ugliest.

I actually can't stand listening to any of the SNP since the leadership contest.
Nothing has changed from them since then. Nor me.
Every time I see an SNP minister I used to respect doing a publicity social media post it gets my hackles up now. Any who genuinely care about LGBT+ people would have resigned when it was decided not to appeal re GRR *OR* when the conversion practice ban was kicked into the long grass. We are pawns.

UK: GPEW and SGP (GREENS-G/EFA) have reached 18% in today's Find Out Now poll. That is the highest that the two parties have ever polled in national parliament polling since being founded in 1990.

The same poll shows governing centre-left Labour (LAB-S&D) falling to fourth place with 15%.

Wow.

The Greens are not just SECOND in this poll.

They're now 3 points ahead of Labour - who are fourth.

Time for Labour to stand down to stop splitting the anti-Reform vote!

They've changed it back again now, but changing a quote is a huge red flag. The BBC are repeatedly demonstrating that there are ideologues directly interfering with the meaning of stories they report relating to trans people, and this should be a far bigger deal than it is
In this piece, admitting the BBC has broken its impartiality rules re. trans people, the BBC further breaks its impartiality rules by changing a quote saying "trans identity" to "trans ideology".
