Lost 30 minutes to a trending topic that encapsulates 2025 meme fare. In 2017, it was all conspiratorial whispers and super-spy claims. In 2025, it's deliberately but *hilariously* misconstruing the contents of an email thread that likely was itself a joke. Empty calories, but okay, I laughed some.

If this weather could continue for the next four months (rather than deteriorating into the single digits or colder), I'd be okay with that. It won't, of course (I still live in Minnesota), but 50s most evenings has been absolutely wonderful for taking a walk around the neighborhood.

Well, I hate absolutely everything I've written so far today. Good thing it's only 7:30 a.m.! But still, I'm trying to assemble a jigsaw and I'm not even convinced these two corner pieces are part of the same puzzle, which is frustrating.
