I know. In Minnesota, they were *our* retail giant - treating workers and customers with some modicum of dignity and respect. Now they're just more expensive Walmart and less convenient Amazon, and it sucks that they've completely lost their way.

It really takes something special to one-up the Vance couch thing in terms of transparently absurd gags that take on a life of their own.

But seriously, I've gotta get some work done before the kids wake up.

Perhaps it isn't the snow's fault. Maybe it's the trees who are wrong about when it's time to shed their leaves.

Seriously, if you're convinced that what Trump is doing is not just morally indefensible and unnecessarily cruel, but actually illegal, why comply with it? Make them go to court to stop you instead of waiting until the corrupt SCOTUS gets around to telling him to do it (which you know he'll ignore).

Tell them to get stuffed. Feed our citizens. Write the checks and expect the feds to make good on them eventually. If they seem disinclined to do so, withhold fed taxes collected in MN and fund SNAP/ACA that way. We’re a donor state; they need us more than we need them.

It's quite hilarious. Our name is hardly a common one, and I think the fact that we're both creatives working in geeky spaces (albeit very different ones) only makes it more likely that people will assume "oh, obviously this is the same Eric Zawadzki as the one I'm thinking of". 😂
