Bluesky moderation is a sad joke. They'll ban an early user's account for a meme (Link) but they'll allow a stochastic terrorist to remain (Jesse Singal).
I hear moving to a different PDS is a good choice. I'll be exploring that.

feel like not nearly enough people are talking about this — apparently the democratic “yes” votes have effectively agreed to having the u.s. government write 6 republican senators $500k checks?
Look at this new outrage. To open govt, we're retroactively letting 8 Senators sue for $500K each over having had their J6 phone toll records looked at. www.nytimes.com/2025/11/10/u...

To fully understand what happened -- in this case, people were arrested, paid their bail or had their case resolved, and then were detained because of a purported ICE detainer (the class members didn't get copies of the detainer). This violates due process bc they were otherwise "free". 1/2
Wow, a Long Island jury awarded $112 Million to 674 immigrants who were unlawfully held by county police so they could be handed over to ICE

Democratic elected officials & pundits LOVE to tell voters to put "X, Y, Z" behind them and "move on." This means that they never, ever, ever address X, Y, Z. This is a significant reason the country is where it is. For ex, Obama came in saying "we're not looking back" and man was that wrong.

This view is more US exceptionalism. US liberals put under erasure how other countries also have horrible leaders. They still posit the US's bullshit as exceptional and posit themselves as Liberals as exceptional for seeing through it, even as they appropriate experiences elsewhere in the world.
