I live in DC, right at the Columbia Heights Metro, where ICE has made a habit of showing up in force to nab moped drivers, vendors, and people just using the metro. When you call what we're going through "a distraction" you're saying you don't value our humanity as much as an imaginary white swing.

I'm seeing the "donate to NPR/PBS" message everywhere, which is great, but this deeply affects small local stations and Tribal stations, and almost every commercial free radio station, because CPB negotiates broadcast music rights for all those stations. Smaller stations will collapse from this.

If this is substantiated every single justice department attorney who touched the filings denying jurisdiction should be disbarred unless they're individually willing to put in a sworn statement declaring that they were told something different and identifying who lied to them about it
