Because when I start a patient on Adderall I don't bother to ask about their sleeping habits. It's how we get more of those sweet pharma kickbacks. Jay might know this if he actually took care of patients.

I really do think this is an excellent metaphor for the moment.
I'm convinced AI is our generation's radium - a discovery with genuinely useful applications in specific, controlled circumstances that we stupidly put in everything from kid's toys to toothpaste until we realised the harm far too late where future generations will ask if we were out of our minds.

One of my few music flexes is that Green Day used to play shows in my friend's backyard. This was back in the 39/Smooth era, long before they had their breakout hit with Dookie. Most of their songs were sad boy love songs. We called them power pop
