GoodFellas is a genre. Many films besides GoodFellas are GoodFellas. Boogie Nights is a GoodFella. Summer of Sam is a GoodFella. Casino, The Wolf of Wall Street, The Irishman: all GoodFellas, obvs. I think you can argue Uncut Gems is a GoodFella. Anora feels like a GoodFella to me.

This isn’t immigration policy. It’s a business model.

ICE keeps growing, not because it makes America safer, but because corporations are raking in billions off cages, bodies, and suffering. ICE’s existence is a massive revenue stream.

I think about a time travel story I read once in which scientists brought a man from the future back to the present.
Excited, they asked him question after question.
He had no answers. He was skill-less and ignorant because the future was completely automated.

How prescient that story was.

AOC has the unnerving habit of saying exactly what happened.
Raju: The Speaker and others have said that this driver was weaponizing her vehicle.

AOC: Their editorializing of this event to justify a public murder is disgusting. It is horrifying. Watch it for yourself and make that assessment for yourself on which of these leaders are lying to you.

"Creators" coming up with AI writing prompts are now complaining other sloppers are stealing *their* prompts. Irony, but, dipshits, a prompt aint nothing. I shed fifty prompts before breakfast. Prompt this, ya jerks.

How many government handouts has Jeff Bezos received? 🤔
"The purpose of entitlements is not to spend as much as possible," the Editorial Board writes.

"It is to make sure the truly vulnerable get the help they need without becoming dependent on government handouts. Scrutinizing food stamp rolls is a small step in that direction."

Sorry, Baby is a very good, bold movie revolving around a sensitive subject. Really gets to the heart of a terrible thing with compassion, dark absurdity, humor, and pathos. Extremely sharp script.
