This is the moment we elected Mary Moriarty for. She has no fear. It certainly appears as if a murder was committed in her district and the DA has a responsibility to file charges when crimes are committed.
I've talked to Minneapolis DA Mary Moriarty several times, including a few months ago. Former public defender with no qualms about charging abusive cops. She has also been threatened by the Trump administration, is not seeking reelection, and doesn't back down.

Abolishing ICE is not enough. All of DHS needs to be ripped out by the roots. Dissolve CBP and ICE completely, and move TSA, Secret Service, FEMA, and the Coast Guard to other agencies.
