Out of a random box of classical records, a personal 78 of lecture materials by Rosey E. Pool. Dutch teacher, Anne Frank’s tutor, nazi escapee, poet and civil rights activist. Also a BBC transcription disc of Gordon Heath folk songs recorded in NL, assume this was also Rosey’s.

Bought in the record department of Kenilworth’s bustling Woolie’s, the very heart of the town. I can remember plucking it from the big display of that weeks top 40, and having discussed every record with my sisters, I went with this one.
