Fifty years ago today. My last concert of 1975. Pete Atkin & Clive James at Leeds Poly on their Together At Last tour to promote the brilliant Live Libel LP.
The track Rattlesnake Rock, featuring Gladys Graveyard, makes Ozzy Osbourne look like a choirboy 🐍

50 years ago I won a competition in the Leeds Student newspaper. I finally got my £10 voucher in December. It bought 4 LPs by Steely Dan, Pete Atkin, White Noise & Chris Squire. Compare that to the concert prices at the time.

Spray should add a guitar and become a Prog band 🤨
Tell us your most unhinged Spray opinion.
Tell me your most unhinged Doctor Who opinion. I mean, if you’re a fan, they’re likely all unhinged anyway.

Fifty years ago today I answered an announcement over the student union tannoy and got myself a job of humping Black Sabbath’s gear in Bradford. Was paid £8.75 for the privilege which is about £70 in today’s money.
Watched the gig from various parts of the hall and did a bit of stewarding.
