You don't have to give a big speech. They're counting numbers - seeing how many constituents care enough to call in. Just tell them to impeach for this illegal war. Also, make sure you only call YOUR reps - they don't care about out-of-district calls.

Reminder for everyone in the non-union space: the only way to know if the client and/or studio is playing fast and loose with contract consistency amongst talent is to coordinate and organize.
Otherwise, you are at the absolute mercy of those who may be incentivized to screw you over.

I think we need to change the way we talk about SAG-AFTRA. Not a dig at Jeff here (I too would like to see a SAG-AFTRA Amazon Agreement,) but we've got to stop referring to SAG-AFTRA as an organization that can just "step in" and do stuff.
I just wanna see SAG-AFTRA step in & establish a dubbing agreement with Amazon much like the Netflix agreement. That would be the best path forward.
