Just got home from shoulder replacement surgery, and started the healing process with some pastrami and some Jewish penicillin.

Thanks to @jettbarker.bsky.social for finding this one of my various GoT: Kingsroad characters, aptly named by Jett as “Vaguely Smarmy Cultist”. Pretty sure that’s not what he was named in the script, but it’s dead-on.

I’ll go with “first generation I played”, which means it’s Super Mario Bros. 3. For my money, this is still the ultimate Mario experience. Other games have been great, but this is the pinnacle.
