yeah, the argument isn't entirely wrong, but the actual numbers are ridiculous. the OPM is a goofy metric, but he apparently hasn't heard of SPM, no sources for anything, several numbers obviously wrong, etc bsky.app/profile/goin...
Sucks that people are going to focus on this silly number and as a result we’ll pass right by the very legitimate argument that the actual poverty line is still way too low
