Yeah turns out Wensleydale with cranberry and a smear of Brie on a salt & pepper cracker is pretty hot, up there with Extra Mature Cheddar and Red Leicester on a garlic cracker tbh

I have just opened a packet of cheese from the Fancy Cheese Shop in Topsham. It's sort of Wensleydale in texture, but slightly Stilton in flavour (the mould is white, not blue).

After last night’s gig at Fulford Golf Club, very posh, Jamie is in Hawes for a gig tonight. Went to Hawes a couple of times to pick up Wensleydale cheese, quite a trip in a 44t artic!
Glad to see he’s being fed properly!
