Pre-op for hip replacement #2 that was due at 14:00 today, and cancelled at 09:00, has now been rescheduled for 15th January. To be honest, I am a bit scared of going through the whole thing again. Being on my own made the recovery rather difficult.

Had a bit of a start in the garden just now. Stood watching the Blue Tits, and a Buzzard flew along the fence line about a foot above the ground, coming to rest on the hedge on the left of the field. I see them often, up high, or on the trees in the distance, but never low and close.
