media coverage of this is already as pathetic as you might expect, usually failing to mention:

the FCC has no authority over the UK's BBC

the scandal was created by right wing media

the year-old BBC edits fall outside limits of UK defamation law

PBC, NPR never aired the documentary
Trump's censor in chief at the FCC, Brendan Carr, just sent a letter to the heads of BBC, NPR and PBS informing them he's launching a "news distortion" probe into the BBC's editing of a documentary on Trump's Jan. 6 activities.

Here it is:

I'm sure many people have mentioned this, but I think it needs to be mentioned again: women do not have yearbooks. Children do. Because yearbooks contain photos of high school students. Or younger.
This is a nuts story. An AI chatbot and image platform left millions of images exposed. They show what people are actually using the AI for: taking random women's yearbook, graduation, and social media photos and making super realistic hardcore porn with them

While I'm glad to hear they were released, the bigger issue is that *they should never have been taken in the first place*. NONE of the kidnapped should. A masked, armed, unaccountable military force disappearing people off the streets should NEVER be something you see happening in America.

While released later in the day. PROTESTS still followed

This isn’t getting enough attention!

We told you Texas gerrymandering was race based, and a Trump-appointed judge just agreed.

🚨 In a massive blow to Trump and Republicans, a federal court in Texas blocked the state’s new congressional map because it’s unconstitutional.

The Senate has passed the House Epstein bill by unanimous consent, so it goes to Trump’s desk to sign and he has said he will sign it.

This means:
1) He will lean on Bondi to deny release based on "ongoing investigation "

OR

2) PER Mark Epstein, the files are scrubbed of Trump & Republicans
Live: US House and Senate approve release of Epstein files
The bipartisan bill will now head to President Donald Trump's desk to be signed into law.

Trump ordered new investigations into the Democrats who were involved with Epstein. And it's DOJ policy that they don't release files about an open investigation....

...so it would be really funny if DOJ was only allowed to release the Epstein files that involve Republicans.
