The key here is @they’re gonna feel like entrepreneurs.”
Trump knows that this is always a pathway for support from a certain segment of Americans - mostly men. The desire to “invest” and be an “entrepreneur.” Even without expertise, capital, or the resilience to endure failure.

Trump: "I want the money to go into an account for people where they buy their own health insurance. It's so good. The insurance will be better. It'll cost less. Everybody is gonna be happy. They're gonna feel like entrepreneurs. They're actually able to go out & negotiate their own insurance"

Fetterman’s book is the Christmas gift for your MAGA uncle. What a difference two years make when you have no integrity.
I wonder if anyone on Fox & Friends asked if he were the real Fetterman or the fake Paul version the right claimed existed in 2023.

notable but not surprising that Fetterman chose Fox & Friends as the place to promote his new book

JCO proving what I’ve been saying for years when it comes to engaging with chuds - they don’t care if you think they’re stupid, or hypocritical, or evil (they’ll like it because they hate you). But if you find the way to accurately show how *uncool* they are, you can really really fuck with them.

in 2025 this should be a career ending way to talk about people. he should be asked about this everyday until he is hounded back to whatever bear cave he crawled out of.
A reminder that according to Fetterman's own former staffers, Fetterman had a meeting with J-Street president Jeremy Ben Ami in which he told Ben Ami that he believes Arabs are like a "carton of sour milk" and that we should get back to killing.
"Kill them all" Fetterman is reported as having said.

Because voting "no" while letting others vote "yes" is strategic misdirection that lets Democrats fold every hand while claiming that only some of them fold some hands.

There's one example of a successful hostile takeover of a major party - Donald Trump - and it didn't happen by playing nice with the party bigwigs. Trump went to war with them, humiliated them. And now "Little Marco" works for him.

I get to see that Tim Kaine has pudding for brains.
Kaine on why he thinks just getting a vote on healthcare is a win: "We're the minority party, but everybody will get to see who is standing for them when it comes to lowering their healthcare costs"

Have you considered kicking out the people who gave up the fight and picking a new leader who is capable of leading the same
The sooner we get past internal recriminations and back to fighting united, the better off we all are — the likelier our victory next November.

I've noticed the opposing team's fans only cheer when the opponents score on us. To win those fans over, I recommend we score on ourselves repeatedly; that will surely make them so happy they'll start supporting us. And I'm sure all our fans will keep cheering for us—who else is there to cheer for?

True story-
When MST3K did their college tour back in the 90s, I went to it alone because I loved it that much. The auditorium was PACKED, I barely got in the last row.
The show started, we all sang the entire intro song perfectly, myself included, and that’s when I realized I was in a cult. 🤷♂️

Everyone should call their Reps and Senators and tell them they won’t donate another penny until there is new leadership an a commitment to actually fight.
anyway if dems think I'm gonna forget this shit in 5 months, they're wrong. if they think I'm gonna forget it in 5 years, they're wrong. they have fully convinced me that purging the party of these inept losers in the senate is more important than retaking the senate in the next election cycle

Also, this is also the latest of a series of "fire Schumer" moments people have had since Jan (or longer). It's not like this is happening in a bubble? I don't think he's good at his job because I don't think he fundamentally understands the political reality he slept walked us into.

Schumer concocted a selfish plan to benefit senators not the ppl. He should have been ousted then. He could also have chosen not to start the shutdown. Having started, he could force the GOP to own it by nuking the filibuster.
He failed at every turn. He must go.

Finally, if he knew that he was willing to cave for no benefit, he should not have initiated the shutdown which hurt so many ppl.
But having hurt so many ppl, he owed it to them to win a victory worth their sacrifice.

Given that **even on his own terms, following Schumer's own plan** it would have been more successful to force the GOP to pass a new budget w zero Dems, he's not even competent to do what he says he wants to do.

3) Until GOPers cave or they blow up the filibuster, allowing future majorities to pass legislation w/o GOP support. either result is positive.
What's also amazing is that Schumer's long-held plan was to hang this around GOP necks, which would have been more successful if the GOP did it alone.

The time to replace Schumer wasn't this past weekend. It was in spring when he concocted the idea that if Dems let ppl suffer, that was good for the Democratic Party.
There is no one in the Senate today I would trust w leadership, but a new leader could at least repudiate this.
