There is not one person on God's green earth that can point to a single time they have ever been inconvenienced or harmed by pronouns or land acknowledgements. It's an endless conveyor belt of stuff they've seen online and have chosen to get upset about because they don't know how to not be upset.

I still see an implicit hope/belief online that the scales will fall from the eyes of Trump supporters as things get worse. This article makes clear that as long as the power grabs and retribution are wrapped in anti-woke, anti-DEI, anti-Biden language, then his followers will look the other way.
Most Trump supporters were in favor of his efforts to scale back the federal workforce, to stand by controversial Cabinet nominees and to slash foreign aid.
