I have a problem with the "Carney just did this to remove the Alberta issue." framing.
Because he's left himself no wiggle room for any policies that are OR appear to be, anti-oil sand. He can't even cut the ribbon on a solar energy farm without shouts of "Betrayal!" from Danielle Smith.
