The Heritage Foundation has released a 250-year roadmap to “save America.”

The document is a how-to guide for subjugating girls & young women: a detailed plan to push them out of college, funnel them into early marriage and motherhood, and then trap them there.

I'm convinced AI is our generation's radium - a discovery with genuinely useful applications in specific, controlled circumstances that we stupidly put in everything from kid's toys to toothpaste until we realised the harm far too late where future generations will ask if we were out of our minds.

1/ ProPublica collected handwritten letters in mid-January from children held at the Dilley Immigration Processing Center, the same facility where 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos was taken.

Hundreds of kids are still detained.

We’ll let the children’s words speak for themselves. 🧵

Reminder that LAPD has always been on the wrong side (seriously, go find out what caused the 1992 race riots) and neither Gavin Newsom nor Mayor Karen Bass have done a fucking thing about it. They could, but they haven't and they won't.

student loan debt relief & literally everything else for the last 50 years.

How many times in your life have you heard a member of Congress or someone on TV say “we can’t afford it” when talking about something small but very important? It’s been happening my entire life. We can’t afford it? They’re putting seven times the annual budget of the EPA into immigrant detention.

This is just gutting. And also such a reminder that hate is taught. www.nytimes.com/2026/01/31/o...

What’s frustrating about this guy is that we they taxpayers are going to fund his pretty nice retirement and there’s pretty much no universe where he won’t get that check.
This is hilarious.

LTC Dumbass Pentagon Tweeter says that military staffs are stupid and that were invented as a response to Napoleon.

Professor at the US Army Command and General Staff college points out that, in fact, Napoleon invented the modern staff.

a woman reached out to donate 500,000 delta skymiles to get people home to MN as they are released from custody in TX.

we're getting flights booked today. it should be enough to get at least 15 people home.

delta should be doing for free since they take ICE money.

One would think this is an easy position for all democrats to assume. I can’t eat to see how @schumer.senate.gov thinks this is a step too far!

There were a few BORTAC agents enrolled in JPME with me when I was stationed in SD. They were pulled off the CA/MEX border to respond to the antifa protests in Portland. I forget how the topic came up but remember one of them describing the protestors as evil personified with all seriousness.

The Trump admin is scrambling because the secret police it sends out for kidnappings and rioting has been killing people on video then brazenly lying about it, but Schumer's instinct is to whip his caucus into taking a position *more conservative* than that held by the median voter.

He's got to go.
Majority of the country now wants to abolish and/or dismantle ICE and yet Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. told the caucus the message had to be to “restrain, reform and restrict ICE.”

Once again it looks like Schumer is about to choke after getting a massive opportunity.

So pathetic and weak.

The president should be impeached and convicted, as should everyone responsible for these outrages. ICE should be disbanded. So should the Department of Homeland Security. And the people who have killed should be investigated and brought before judges and juries.
We have to see the logic of the killings as well as the killings themselves. The horror is a truth in itself. But it is also a sign of a political logic, one known from the totalitarian regimes of the twentieth century.

Thinking about how Rev James Reeb was 38 when he answered the call to march in Selma. Before he could march, white goons beat him so hard he died two days later. As a kid, 38 seemed a sort of abtract "that's a full adult life" and while it it is it is also so so young. Good and Pretti were both 37.
