I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

Becoming increasingly clear we’re gonna have to build a parallel infrastructure for all the media we really love. The reason all of this is happening under the color of law is hyperconsolidation, dissent being traded straight up for merger approval, or fear of harassment.

One thing that bothers me tonight in particular is how so much of this is happening because of grand and sweeping capitulation by the media, by companies, by Congress, by people in power. Even when they don’t have to — they simply comply, acquiesce, and appease.

I think one of the biggest pitfalls of having so many older people in government is that they still try to govern like it's 1978. Like, they have to learn sooner or later that the "Give a little, get a little" strategy is dead, and like, your Republican colleagues literally just want you dead.
