This meeting kicks off at 9:30am and public comment is only by email so if you have a minute to email council@seattle.gov (perhaps CC your individual councilmembers? You have three of them who represent you directly) to ask they vote against SDOT-041-A-1, I'd appreciate it.
The council is set to raid the transit funding again tomorrow to pay for Rob Saka's transit safety czar proposal.

Further I think it should be legally mandated for all indoor public spaces to HEPA filter the air at a high turnover rate, with an enforced legality similar to fire alarms and sprinkler systems. It must be mandatory

My line for this is: "Pass it along to others who do."
RE starbucks picket line--the relevant detail is "picket line, do not cross." Pass that along. Proclaiming that you are in no danger of doing so because you are too aesthetically pure to let Starbucks coffee pass your lips is...unhelpful and does not give the impression you perhaps imagine it does.

Finally looked at the WA health exchange. My monthly "health" insurance costs will be more than double if I keep the same plan. Interestingly enough, government subsidies (fed and state) on it are higher than last year (though not keeping up with % of increase). Insurance companies are also evil.
