Why?

- You get a safer transit system if more people use and rely on it.
- $275k buys a bunch of service hours for more buses, more places, more often.
- This directly duplicates the county, which runs Metro.
- Voters didn't vote for this in the STM renewal, stop messing with what we vote for.

This idea that #metoo was a temporary piece of insanity that happened because America was too woke...

Fuck you. It was a temporary moment in time when people decided, for the first time, that 20 women were finally equal to one man.

Oh absolutely, and the belief that reading them makes you better at business or a better person instead of critically engaging would only highlight the fiction.

Loved this thread. Yes, to all of this. None of my cishet male friends read Litfic, & of my friends who do, most are cishet white women.

Too many cishet white men in my day job professional orbit only read nonfiction business (professional self-help) books. Most get fiction from TV & video games.

Yep. They have the only free universal healthcare in this nation.

If they send you money, then it's all out of their hands and you probably bought a new TV with that money instead of healthcare so it's your fault you are dying.

That's good! I didn't have something get caught but I did have smoke like that from a piston burning up. (Which did require purchasing a new washer.) Stay safe.

Continuing to not read the room. He could so easily pivot. But then he'd probably have to investigate his own identity.

Further I think it should be legally mandated for all indoor public spaces to HEPA filter the air at a high turnover rate, with an enforced legality similar to fire alarms and sprinkler systems. It must be mandatory

People really tell on themselves when they're more shocked/outraged by imagining homosexuality than pedophila with these abusers.

Could definitely be super cute! Another fun one is one character being a terrible cook and the other person eating the food no matter what

Oh no! Cleaning up glass is the worst, especially when you have to worry about kids or pets, and then it being a special and beloved mug on top of it. ☹️

I recently read a book where a 4-person polycule forgot dinner in the oven and it ruined the fancy dinner one MC made specially for her loves, and I just got very mad. If it had been a regular dinner night, probably would've been funny instead of infuriating.

I personally may not be able to get surgery now. Both surgeons I've engaged with as possibilities are either at a Catholic hospital or use the facilities and support staff for their surgeries. (Virginia Mason and Providence/Swedish both in Seattle)

Oh I spoke too soon. In audiobook, you can just vote for Harry Potter or the Harry Potter/Handmaid's Tale fanfic. 🫠
