The fall in violent crime is too big to be explained by any single cause, but I've always thought that immigration from cultures where drinking eight pints and getting into a fight isn't seen as a normal way to spend your Saturday night must be a non-trivial part of it.

No, I'm sure it's fine long-term that 80% of everything I see on job websites is either obviously a scam or looks like a scam, that there are no entry level jobs for any industry or field, or that people are expected to fund their own training with jobs they can't get without training
