Actually I'd argue the worst case scenario is the company refusing to sign the interim agreement and starting to recast both non-union and union actors indiscriminately.

As others have brought up it isn't as easy as " to just sign it", since Genshin has a lot of non union and Union talents.
Worst case scenario they might have to recast all non union actors or persuade them to join the union, depending how negotiations go down the line

5. Shut up and listen. Ask the player to verbalize their inner monologue as they play, but don’t you say a damn word the entire test. Listen and take notes. Don’t answer questions. Don’t tell them they’re doing something wrong (unless you need to see them play a section they’d miss otherwise).
