A late spring/early summer opinion striking down post-Election Day arrivals could scramble ballot rules just ahead of the thick of primary season (of course, the court could uphold the status quo)
And on March 23, the Supreme Court will hear Watson v. RNC, which asks whether states may count ballots that were mailed by Election Day but arrive shortly thereafter. (About half the states have such laws today.)

I’m off another week, but jumping in here to note that the voter roll demand isn’t new — DOJ has been suing numerous states for voter rolls (and so far losing in court)

What does appear to be new is drawing a link between the federal presence in Minnesota and the voter data effort
