Man. The worst of my acute covid symptoms are gone already, but all that nerve pain I’ve spent the last year doing PT for is back in full force.
This virus is devastating even when it’s “mild” and don’t let anyone gaslight you into believing it’s just a cold.

After recognizing that many (arguably most) artists are neurodivergent, it’s hard not to see how so much of media is commentary on the experience of being neurodivergent, whether the artist intended it that way or not.

I’ve been doing like 10 mins of physical therapy every day for about a year now and the difference it’s made in my nerve and spine pain is WILD.
I know I’ve mentioned it before, but like. I just can’t believe I went through so many different pain treatments before anyone referred me to a PT.
