Hey y'all, I'm Carol — I've been making games for like 15 years now?? Some stuff I've done:
- Led dev on about a dozen board games for Exploding Kittens
- Solo designer/dev of With You, a free videogame for couples
- Co-created HELLCOUCH, a playable demon-possesed sofa

At a restaurant and realizing that tap-to-pay requires the phone to be at the same directional orientation as the POS system:

After recognizing that many (arguably most) artists are neurodivergent, it’s hard not to see how so much of media is commentary on the experience of being neurodivergent, whether the artist intended it that way or not.

I’ve been doing like 10 mins of physical therapy every day for about a year now and the difference it’s made in my nerve and spine pain is WILD.
I know I’ve mentioned it before, but like. I just can’t believe I went through so many different pain treatments before anyone referred me to a PT.

Consume Me is finally out! This game blew me away when I looked at it for IGF. It deals with the real pressures of growing up as a teenage girl while telling that story through a whirlwind of delightful QWOP-like minigames. It’s charming and fun and smart and I hope everyone checks it out.
