Whenever I see men post this I think about how when women are lonely, it's not pitied. It's used to chastise them for not being nicer to men. Meanwhile, when men are experiencing a "loneliness epidemic" they decide the answer is *also* that women should be nicer to men.

+ the time when politicians started to really listen to economists was when we were espousing free market ideas (that benefit rich donors), now that economists are less supportive of those ideas, we are listened to less. Not a coincidence.

The government does not want Israelis to know, because these stories would strengthen public demand to release the hostages in return to ending the war.

In Israel, the hostages' cause is anti-war.
