civ 7 also lets you choose Jose Rizal, to me at least in the top ten figures of the 19th century. (And includes an excellent bad pun in the achievements for him)
It feels like it also let them choose some interesting historical figures that might not have run countries or whatever but we’re still influential, like Ed Teach and Harriet Tubman, people who might have been Great Scientists/Artists/etc in previous games
