They already mean nothing and the executive class is mostly sustained by obsessing about titles and I'm the kind of leftist that thinks every worker should be a member of the board and, consequently, each have an executive title.

Starting a business with a fancy title and then sitting on it for ten years is a great way to get snazzy titles on your resume and it's not against the law! I have 15 different executive titles

Not to understate the seriousness of this present moment, which is serious and sucks, but I feel like this post could possibly apply to like several dozens of events of the last three decades.
The US is illegally attacking another nation for no reason other than the mental and character defects of our President and his aides. Our military is carrying out those strikes apparently without hesitation. What we are doing is indefensibly, undeniably and deeply wrong.

Hitler is generally considered by most historians that I know anyway as a charismatic public speaker who knew how to fan bogus fear into popular support. And he was good at utilizing new media (radio). Not much else really.

I really like the Fallout TV show so far, much more than I thought I would. I get the vibe that they're really trying to balance the vibes of the old-school and new-school games while also balancing the interests between those fanbases with stuff needed to make a good tv show.

I really dislike the whole "drug addiction makes you ugly and scarred" method of discouraging drug use if for no other reason than the fact that you trick the youth into thinking that as long as they have good skin they're not an addict.
