It’s possible to hold both views at once: that Maduro was a tin-pot dictator who deserved to be removed from power, and that unauthorised military action to depose a foreign head of state is a troubling development. Especially given Trump’s rhetoric towards other nations.

There is something funny about seeing several videos of SOAR(A) MH-47Gs flying over Caracas and then hours later the mainstream media still has talking heads on speaking about “unconfirmed explosions” and who could possibly be behind it.

Given the amount of SOAR(A) assets seen in the air over Caracas I think it is very safe to say the U.S. currently has boots on the ground in Venezuela. Those MH-47Gs aren’t there to sightsee.
