I didn’t eat pork for 6 years. I almost burned down this woman’s house when she lied about her green beans being seasoned with smoked turkey. Then she admitted it was pork when I asked again but said it like she was doing me a favor
I say "intentionally" because every now and then, someone thinks i am joking about not eating it and they try to "surprise" me with some dish that was seasoned with pork "but you can't tell. It just improves the flavor." That's how i found out i get sick from pork. I went from "i don't" to "i can't"
