at the same time: Black Sheep is in the top ten sellers by cask ale and has the administrators in pulling it apart

the biggest threat to cask ale isn't a lack of demand, it's fear from publicans who don't understand how to handle it and big beer companies killing brands (many built on real ale!)
Sales of cask Bass have grown nearly 20% this year, and its now sold in over 1000 outlets as opposed to 400 12 months ago. Landlord is #1 by value. Boddington's was relaunched. Other breweries I speak to are in cask growth: Theakston, Thornbridge, Abbeydale, Siren, Five points...

One of the things about "the font is woke" is that they clearly have run out DEI copper wiring to rip out of the walls so they're just searching for literally anything to claim as a victory
Marco Rubio ordered diplomats to return to using Times New Roman font in official communications, calling his predecessor's decision to adopt Calibri a “wasteful” diversity move
Rubio Stages Font Coup: Times New Roman Ousts Calibri
The secretary of state called it a "wasteful" diversity move, according to an internal department cable seen by Reuters.

People saying that Rubio wanting to change away from the default font is more work, are forgetting he's senior management.

All IT changes are zero-cost actions in his head.

FALLON: (giggling) So, heh, so that's a video of me in space, wow!
ALTMAN: Exactly.
FALLON: Could you generate a video of me where I'm not just a useful clown for fascism? Where my work has meaning?

Being a British parent is so weird bc you're actually worried about paying the sky high rent/mortgage & getting GP appointments but the entire press keeps telling you you're worried there's a trans person or immigrant nearby & the vat on Eton means there'll only be two skiing holidays this year

An important point to come out of the Sandie Peggie case is that 'gender critical' employees can't take matters into their own hands and confront trans employees. If they do that it is likely to be harassment/ bullying/ a hate incident.

Oh, here's a big surprise. The transphobes don't believe in ADHD either.
then, the transphobes , feeling victorious at how many people they have made unhappy and despairing in the previous week, move on to anything else that has a spectrum and the possibility of more colours than they can conceive - such hateful people - they cannot understand anything that is not THEM

My dad abhors any negative comments about immigrants. Asked him recently why he’s so strong on it: ‘Because we’re always happy to take the rich and clever ones. Which means it’s not about disliking immigrants. It’s about disliking the poor and vulnerable. And that’s a bad human instinct.’
This is so disgusting.

The reliance on a session cookie for KMSI is so prone to issues as to be, at this point, frustrating and misleading to users. There's a good argument for disabling it altogether if you're running an enterprise tenant, especially with a mixed device environment.

It's been super useful for us; we've been wanting to tighten the net on user consent grants for a while, the proliferation of unapproved AI tools has helped convince the business of the data privacy risk and given us the agreement to make changes.
what I find so interesting about AI meeting tools is that companies don't seem to mind meetings with sometimes sensitive company data just being recorded by random startups
