Egg producers suspect bird flu is traveling through the air.

The USDA didn’t test the theory after a disastrous Midwestern outbreak.

Here’s how we did.

How ProPublica Investigated a Bird Flu Outbreak in America’s Heartland
Early this year, bird flu ripped through 80 farms in Ohio and Indiana. Using genetic markers, wind simulations, satellite imagery, property records and more, we found that the virus could’ve been airb...

I assumed that whole "men think about the Roman Empire every day" kerfuffle a few years ago was just more social media nonsense but apparently some men literally will start a charter school rather than confront just how weird it is to do that ...
A new school built on ‘western civilisation’ is coming to Wellington
The former Free Speech union boss says he’s excited to have a school that could “remember the virtue of civilisation that has come from the West”.

Luxon, Seymour, and Peters are just pissing on us and telling us how hard it is being in charge when it's raining.

These Ministers aren’t fixing the housing crisis they’re cashing it in.

Selling off state land while our people sleep in cars isn’t policy. It’s a political hit job on vulnerable whānau.

You don’t build homes by gutting the agency that builds them.

Kāinga Ora halts hundreds of housing developments, sells vacant land
The projects would have included 3500 homes, as the state housing provider also sells a fifth of its vacant land.
