Talks between the US & Ukrainian officials explored the creation of a US-Russia reconstruction fund for Ukraine. Russian sovereign assets would be placed into the fund, with the EU expected to contribute €100 billion. 🇺🇸 and 🇷🇺 would jointly “decide the destiny of Russian assets,” @euractiv.com writes
