That one British soldier who sheepishly arrived on Greenland this week may well turn out to represent the UK’s most expensive military deployment ever
Trump says he'll impose a 10% tariff (rising to 25% in June) on Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands and Finland, because they've sent people to Greenland, until the US can buy Greenland.

There’s tremendous narrative arc potential in Donald Trump vowing to start a trade war with European allies who oppose him annexing Greenland at the exact moment the EU is signing the world’s biggest trade deal with South America

But Brussels probably won’t see it that way.
