The most infuriating protest moment of the year for me was a No Kings rally, where tons of attendees were flying Ukrainian flags, and speakers going off about US imperialism in Ukraine.

There are no rules, they don’t actually care about respect, decorum, bipartisanship or debate, and only pretend to do so to browbeat you into submission. Nothing is going to change until more people realise that and respond accordingly; including to the media and politicians who have failed them.

It's just, if Putin's forces flew in and grabbed Trump in a military strike, there would be a part of me that would be pumped that the guy was gone, while still knowing that this was overall super-super bad. I think people are allowed to have emotional contradictions and stuff.
