One thing 2025 made clear: Durable progress on climate in the US will require structural reform to our corrupted political systems. Otherwise, steps forward will always be vulnerable to the bloody clawbacks we saw this year. A political strategy that doesn't center system reform is not "pragmatic."

The admission that this game wasted circa 130GB of disc space for no particular reason or benefit is kind of funny because it raises very uncomfortable questions other AAA tier game developers are not brave enough to answer.

Where do the gamers go? Epic? Uplay? Battlenet? EA? Get real, they would go nowhere. They would shout at the top of their lungs until their throats bled.
