I cannot begin to properly articulate how upsetting it is to have had people baselessly accuse trans people of being groomers and pedophiles only for it to come out that they were deliberately doing this as part of a project to provide cover to actual groomers and pedophiles in positions of power

He’s upset because I posted that I spent 113 hours on Umineko and only completed Episode 3. He’s not taking into account that I stream the entire thing, I read the lines, I discuss with the chat what’s going on, have ADHD tangents, etc. and is implying I’m stupid and a slow reader.

They will never stop me from reading VNs on or off stream. My community encourages it and I enjoy it. Their attempt to gatekeep me failed with Higurashi and it only led to people suggesting MORE VNs for me to read after this. It backfired on them.
I feel like it's obvious to anyone with a brain that you read slower when you're reading for an audience for the sake of comprehension, which checks out because this person obviously lacks one

I have exactly zero interest in visual novels (nothing against them, just not my thing) but it has been sort of fascinating to watch the frankly insane response to these streams. I cannot fathom why people are so mad at this guy but damn they are incandescent
