In the video that the shooter took, which I believe was leaked to be exculpatory, he appears to yell “fucking bitch” after he shoots Renee Good.

It is bananas that we use a framework for understanding “free speech” that was defined by people who owned people and who communicated political ideas mostly through pamphlets and not bitchy makeup tutorials and memes. What more evidence do we need that it doesn’t work in this info environment?

Well doesn’t this just sum up the DNC perfectly- “holding space” and “housing insecurity” are in the same category of social justice jargon only if you think progressive politics is a matter of language and signaling, not actual policy let alone deeply held values.
