Have you talked with a doctor about this particular thing? I ask because it’s sounds like POTS and while it totally sucks there’s lots of good info about ways to deal on forums etc. I also got it after COVID, I’m so sorry. It’s no fun but physical therapy from a specialist has done wonders for me.
