“I trust my immune system. I don’t need a vaccine.”

Ok, I trust mine to protect me too. Which is why I trained it extensively on what the virus looks like so it can handle it.

Had a silly idea on the drive home from a carolling gig and now it's a one-page game you can print out and fold into a Christmas card.

Work together to keep Rudolph from joining in your reindeer games before that smug prick ruins yet another delivery run in: Exclude Rudolph

The older I get, the better I understand the whole maiden-mother-crone thing, because past a certain age you do simply become the experienced witch.

This is giving unmistakable "argument in the car on the way home" vibes and Sam is going to lose so, so badly.

Once upon a time on the old site, some angry dude started ranting on a harmless LOTR thread with what a disgrace it was to Tolkien etc, and the OP replied with “Who’s Tolkien.”

It was the funniest possible response, I think about that constantly

I once heard a cutting assessment of someone’s intellect in Argentinian Spanish that went jugas al tetris y giras el cuadradito. It means “you spin the square tile on Tetris.”

Fidèle (2003–2016) was a famous dog in Bruges who lived at the Côté Canal bed & breakfast with his owner. He could usually be seen lounging half-asleep on a windowsill facing the Groenerei canal.
In media, Fidèle appeared in a TV ad for Godiva Chocolatier and in the beginning of the movie In Bruges.

To give you an example of how small the Jewish community is, the guy who sang at the wedding of some of my best pals last weekend - and who I know - lost his cousin (Rabbi Eli Schlanger ז״ל) in the Bondi Beach attacks

There are so few Jews in the world, it’s hard to explain

They’re also greedy fuckers.
